Very Please
As per the other complaints. My holder was not broken and its beautiful. I actually burn mine in the house and it keeps those pesky mosquitoes AWAY!!! I finally found something that works.

Keeps the bugs away
Coils do a great job keeping the bugs away. Terracotta dish arrived busted due to poor packaging.

I cannot begin to describe how poorly this was packaged, especially because it contains Terra Cotta bowels. The review said that they didn't package appropriately but I purchased it anyway (thought that they would have figured out the whole packaging thing by now). Anyway, I'm off to the Post Office to return the pieces.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Ordered 4, hoping that 3 would make it safely. Amazon packed it fine, but within the box, there is no protection. Returning it at Amazon's cost. This item should be pulled as substandard.
