We received this as a wedding present and I thought it would be an awesome product. The warranty is for 90-days (which is a mere 3 months) and around the 6th month the plastic under the tea warmer melted away causing a horrible smell. The boilers lid stopped closing as well rendering the product useless and unsafe. I figured I would call Pino because I am all about good customer service. The gentleman picked up and did not care what was wrong, he said you only have 90 days. I would have at least expected him to want to know exactly what happened so he could design a better product. Although I cannot tell you how the other products will work, on the simple basis of customer service I will never buy this brand again....

Whenever we boil water in this, there is always a metallic and plastic smell.

The product also looks very cheap. It's not what we expected from a $89 product.

I called their customer service as well, and they just don't seem to care.
