These speakers probably aren't going to turn any heads, but for the price they are well worth it. Pioneer always delivers the best bang for your buck, and these speakers sound excellent. I was very impressed with them, and if all you want is great sounding audio for a great price, look no further.

Most of my audio equipment is Pioneer for these exact reasons, and as until I can afford the best these are by far good enough.

Bottom line, uless you're a perfectionist audiophile or simply need earth-shattering audio, get these speakers.

After listening to many 6x9s from different mfrs, this modest 6x9 in Pioneer's line is a real find. Clear, smooth character with just enough lift in the upper mid/lower treble to cut through road noise to make even low volume music listenable. Good clean bass response. With the Kevlar (Aramid) cone and hard cone mid, there is a natural clarity to all music without the harshness, which is suited to the auto environment. High efficiency to run well off of HU power. Though not exactly neutral in character, it makes music sound "musical". Demo these against Infinity Ref, Alpine Type R and Type S and see how natural vocals sound in comparison. Other models in Pioneer's line do not sound this nice.

Inexpensive and easy to install -- top mount depth is only 2 7/8". Replaced all four in my 2003 Camry and couldn't be more pleased.

works great....easy to install, ready and everything. just a reminder, it may need the adapters for th plugs to replace stock speakers if those are the ones being upgraded. however, i'm happy with the speakers. for the price i got them, they performed up to my expectations. in fact, they sometimes surprise me with the quality of the base sound sometimes. definitely your money's worth and thEN SOME
