You recieve everything shown in the picture. (In otherwords just the molde.) The molde feels durable and gives every apperance of being able to work. It does not come with any hints or suggestions on how to use it. The molde does NOT fold over. You cannot fold it along that center line without serious modification of the entire thing. It does not seem that this product is made to make large quantities quickly. For the price, you really can't seriously complain. I only gave it three stars because I was neither extremly satisfied nor extremly satisfied. In my opinion the price justifies it.
