The 505G is a green (not red), class 3 rotary laser. The 505G is all about increased indoor visibility, it is three times brighter than the lines from traditional red-beam rotary lasers. This laser features a 300-foot visible indoor working range for effective use anywhere in a circle with a 600-foot diameter. This is the ideal laser for longer range indoor layout for ceilings and steel stud walls.

Also effective for outdoor use, the 505G includes a green beam laser detector to deliver reliable readings over extended distances of 500 feet for a 1000-foot working diameter. Four rotating speeds and four scan modes further extend the unit's versatility. And when it comes time to tackle drainage or grade-matching jobs, the laser's dual-slope capability gives you the performance you need.

The 505G is accurate within 1/8-inch over 100 feet, and it comes with a remote control that allows you to ensure that you're always operating the laser from a safe, convenient location--this is particularly useful for ceiling installation and other overhead work.
