The Mp3 CD has two sections - Terminology (e.g., Referent Power) and Processes (e.g., Plan Quality). The CD will not play in a regular Audio CD player which does not play mp3 (like an older car cd player). It should be easy to burn an audio CD from the mp3.

I found the material quite useful especially the processes section which if you review on yr Mp3 player/ipod/iphone works well alongside the more detailed reading of the pmbok. Do a little of reading then listening and you'll come along well.

The terminology section is good too but the problem is it has the most high pitched irritating beep which can literally put your ear out! No kidding...i just skip all the terminology sections since the beep to signify one term's completion and move on to the next is so disturbing and frequent. (I started getting headaches because of the weird low pitch frequency of the beep!)

I wd hv graded this higher if not for the beeps. The author cd also hv given more examples in the process section. Instead his tone is monotonous though quite clear.
