Product Description

PNY NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB GDDR5 2DVI/Mini HDMI PCI-Express Video Card

Customer Reviews

They sent back same card repackaged with same issue.
Truth
The card is also visually identical to a GTX 650 (NOT Ti), and only takes up one (PCI/PCI-e) as opposed to two for Ti (because of the larger heatsink).

I have owned several PNY video cards in the past and they always felt very good quality.

I recently built a new PC. Ive never been one to build latest greatest because it seems I can put that money elsewhere and still get something decent for less. This was one of those. I researched NVIDIA & ATI cards in the 120-150 price only to find at the time that it was the 7770 for 110-140s or the 650 (not Ti versions). PNY did a great job with this car being priced so low. Now that newer models have been released this card should drop in price a little more. It consistently plays games on max or high. Leauge of legends is around 100-120. Dayz is around 30-50 depending on area and Max Payne, Assassins Creed, Deus Ex:HR all on highest settings with no issue.

Want to save some money and get a best bang. Go with this card.

Short form, quiet, and only requires one power connector. Paired with eight gigs of ram and a Phenom x4 965 it will run the majority of newer games at high settings and will run many at ultra settings. NVidia steady releases new drivers so this is a well supported card. It supports NVidia's PhysX technology, DX11, and comes with a very respectable 1GB of fast DDR5 VRAM. Only downfall is that these cards will not work in SLI mode. This is inherent to all 650gtx cards and not limited to this particular card.

Bottom line: PNY makes quality products and this one is no exception. Good choice for a budget build.

This card met my specifications for power, speed and noise in a new system built for my teenager. It will play anything you throw at it with his i5 processor and 8 gigs of RAM. For the price, I thought it was an all-around great graphics card and I continue to be very happy with GeForce products.
Amazon's shipping was flawless, as usual!

Video cards are always the hardest thing to shop for in my experience. Just recently I got Far Cry 3 for Christmas, which is graphically demanding. For my budget gaming build, I wanted to keep my build around $450 total. After reading several tests with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti on Passmark, Tom's Hardware and various other reputable sites, I decided it would be a higher end video card I could stomach to buy, keeping within my target price.

With 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM, an Intel Pentium G860 dual-core CPU, Intel 330 series SSD, and this GTX 650 Ti from PNY, I get an average of 34 fps on Ultra settings on Far Cry 3...on my 1080p 40" TV. As an IT Support Specialist I have always had good luck with PNY products, and this video card keeps the trend going. If you are looking for a video card around $150, this is what you should buy. Definitely a good purchase in my experience.

P.S, make sure you get all of the current drivers. Many people forget to do this and wonder why it's not working the way they were expecting it to.

It does have two dvi ports,
but one is a dvi-d, which will need a special converter to get to vga
Otherwise, three monitors displays just fine from this device.

I spent 3 weeks researching GDDR5 Cards.

My last thoughts were inspired by 'Tech of Tomorrow'.

Small, Fast, Reliable card, with 1GB GDDR5 + Ti Boost for the most amazing value!
I WAS, expecting a 2GB GDDR5, but... didnt pay much atttention to what i bought.

I use it for 'Professional' Photoshop editing. Capable of rendering 200MB 3D picture in under 5 mins.
-(Haswell 4670k 3.9Ghz + integrated graphics, barely did it in under 1 hour)

a lot of interesting add-on's in the box, added value coupons + it IS PNY. i would recommend it to EVERYONE!

Plays World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2 on highest settings, absolutely no problems with even 100+ people onscreen...
I put it in a new build with a Asrock Extreme 4 MB, I5 3570k Cpu, Rosewill Challenger Case,Rosewill Hive 650 PSU, couldn't be happier with the performance. I was planning to upgrade the graphics card later, but it seems to be good enough with the 650TI so I'll just keep it like this.
