Received refurbished video card, not new as advertised,

I purchased a graphics card from your site, and i had it professinally installed in my computer. I have had nothing but problems since, It worked for 2 hours after i got it back from the computer store. I took it back to them to see what the problem was, they changed out the power core and it worked again. I took it home for another few hours and it stoped working again. I took it back to the computer store once more and they looked the computer over, and could not find a problem. They changed the power core once again (mind you all the time the power cores have met the requirements of the graphics card). It then turned on and died again. After another trip back and forth to the house they then inspected the graphics card and upon inspection saw that the graphics card seemed to be refurbished. Not just one computer technician but an entire store of computer technicians looked and showed me the signs they saw. They told me that the graphics card was the reason my computer was dying.
