When I received the box, it was so torn up that couldn't imagine that the jacket wasn't damaged, but it was in perfect condition. My wife LOVES the jacket and I like how it looks on her. It is great for riding when it is a little chilly. I wish that I had waited and purchased mine on line. there is more selection and the price is better.
