POLAROID 8.5" PORTABLE DVD PLAYER

I have purchased my 2nd Polaroid portable DVD player. I am writing this because I read other reviews about Polaroid DVDs and a couple writers made derogatory comments about the durability of the Polaroid DVD product. Well, I want you to know that I think they're wrong. We received, as a purchase bonus, a 7-inch Polaroid DVD player. I use it 3 times a week. I can't tell you how many times I knocked that player to the floor over the last 3 years, and how it continued to perform perfectly. I watch DVDs while I exercise on my treadmill (an activity that I highly recommend). I don't know how I do it, but maybe by reaching to adjust the volume, I catch the cord going into the wall socket and knock it off its shelf ... and it continues to work. Well, I have been so impressed with its performance and durability that I have purchased a new Polaroid DVD player. My husband promises he'll construct a better shelf for me to put the player on so it won't crash to the floor.
