WHAT A JOKE. NEVER HEARD FROM THIS SELLER. We sent two emails, left a phone message and never received a response, much less our item. I would recommend that you not waste your time placing an order with these folks because it takes too long to cancel once you never hear from them.

This in the first time we have ever had an issue ordering anything from Amazon, we are regular users. We hope to save you some frustration with this review.

i bought the part i got it and it doesnt work i have emailded the company very very poor service i call like 50 times all i get is an aswering machie that says they are bussy helping other customers i have sent several emails no response i dont think amazon should let them sell on their web page

I installed this myself with no previous experience. The install was very smooth and I had no problem with the window brackets lining up. Total install time was about an hour. I think I could do it in half that time if I ever needed to do it again. The motor does run a little louder than the orginal factory installed one, though not enough to be concerned about. It's only been a week but so far so good. Well worth it.

Use caution when buying this part. Went to go replace the motor and found that the track system on the 2000 grand prix I was working on had a completely different design from what was shipped. Had to return part. Refund issued. Take a look at your door and make sure you have a single track design like what is picture here before you buy. I had a twin track design that was incompatible. Ended up buying the motor from a local parts store for $2 more.

As described. It was/is the right part. it was brand new and fit right and is currently in my car working right.

The regulator seemed slightly less heavy duty that the original, but it installed easily and works perfectly. The shipment arrived on time and as ordered. I would buy from this company again.

Purchased this unit after repairing the regulator my self and having it break on me again after 2 weeks of use. It took me 6 hours to repair the regulator, but it only took one hour to remove and re-install the new regulator. I should have not tried to be so frugal, it cost me too many wasted hours trying to repair it.

This replacement regulator runs the window up and down very smoothly and the only minor drawback is the motor is a tiny bit louder.

I rate this window regulator as a "Best Buy".

I just installed this item and it worked like a charm. It's cents on the dollar compared to the OEM and locally available aftermarket items.

The product is made in Taiwan and not China. This is a good thing - Taiwan tends to have higher quality manufacturing than does China. The alignment, fit, connectors and performance were all spot-on. When I placed the order I kept thinking "what's the catch" given the pricing. When I opened the item, I was quickly set at ease - the build quality and "feel" was not at all cheap.

This purchase now has me checking online for any auto part before heading the Checker...

This window regulator/motor works great, although I've only had it installed now for a month (actually goes up and down faster than the factory regulator/motor on the other doors). I installed it myself. The only complaint I have is that one of the brackets that slips on the window was a little different than the factory one. It made for a tight fit and I didn't think I was going to get it on for awhile but finally muscled it on. Once installed though it works great. I only wished they make them for the back windows, because I've had to replace both now and had to scour the junk yards to save a little money.

I installed the product but my window struggle rolling all the way up. I had to take apart my door again and after playing with it for a while found that the top portion was bent. So when it got close to the top it wasn't a smooth straight track anymore. I had to leave one of the screws out just to get it to kind of work.
