Put the canopy up the day before a big storm hit in Southern California and it held through the storm. So far so good. It looks very nice - better than the $80 ones we had purchased previously. It does pool water in two places when it rains - have to dump it out to protect the tent. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping charge - added to the cost of the item quite a bit.

I bought this canopy for a graduation party. Compared to others, it seemed to have pretty uniformly good reviews. I agree. It is easy to set up - possibly on your own, but even easier with an assistant (my 9 year old daughter loves setting it up with me). I'm not sure I'd leave it set up overnight if rain or winds projected - it doesn't seem intended to be storm-resistant. But it is so easy to set up and take down, it is a great alternative to umbrellas for shade. It stores away nicely. My only negative comment would be the steep shipping price ($36). I did see a similar canopy on sale at some of the home stores a few weeks AFTER our party (thus no help to me) a bit cheaper than the list price here, let alone once shipping paid, but overall a good value even at the $90+ price with shipping

This canopy was extremely easy to assemble and it was very sturdy for our party. We left it up overnight and there were no problems. Our only concern was with the amount of shipping charges.

I brought the 10 x 20 EZ pop Canopy the first week of Dec 4, 2010. We used it three times. ON Dec 22, 2010 we tried to put up the canopy and two of the brackets broke. We then tried to close canopy, and two more brackets bent.

The metal frame is not strong and poorly constructed. I only wished that I had read the reviews prior to my purchase.

Do NOT buy this tent. The advertised five minute set up time is a joke; it took us about 45 minutes. This thing is extremely difficult to set up without 4 people knowing exactly what they are doing- and, really, who knows what they're doing the first time they set something up anyway? It is extremely flimsy- several support bars bent very easily- the manufacturer put holes for screws to go through weakening the aluminum supports. The support brackets which stabilize the aluminum support bars are plastic (which are virtually worthless for strength). I purchased this tent to set up in my backyard for shade, then take it to picnics or other outdoor events, but I will not put myself through the process of putting it up (again) and taking it down. It's set up in my backyard now, and I actually dread taking it down. And there is no way in Hell I'm putting up back up again. I'm thinking of going to Home Depot and buying PVC pipe and creating my own frame, using the canopy, and tossing the piece-of-crap frame in recycling. Save yourself the aggrevation- do NOT buy this.

I set the tent up in the back yard prior to my beach trip an I was excited to bring it to the sand. It looked great and felt sturdy enough, I thought. Day one at the beach, a gust of wind picked it up and bent it into a useless pile of metal and canvas. If it came with heavy duty stakes I think the wind problem would be less of an issue.

basically as the title says. its a good tent overall. but if the wind is blowing dont except it to last too long. the metal isnt too strong and it bends fairly easy. mine got pretty much destroyed the first day i used it at an outside event due to wind. there were other vendors there with the same kind of pop up tent, different manufacturer of course, but theirs stood up much better.

We take this canopy everywhere. To the beach, camping, family gatherings. It creates enough shade. It is easily set up and taken down and stores in its own canvas bag.

I used this canopy once and when taking it down a plastic piece on the top broke rendering the product useless. I have been in contact with Golf Outlets of American and even sent pictures. No response...

This canopy was good for the price. It does not appear to made for continuous use over the long term. I do not intend to leave it up all season long, but rather as needed. It stores neatly in my shed when not in use, in the carrying bag.

As most folks recommend, this is fairly easy to set up with two folks. I can set it up alone, working carefully so as not to bend the legs or frame.
