I purchase this item from Blutekusa in January 2010 and by February 2010 the system had major malfunctions i.e. LED constantly diplayed 140 degrees when the temp. was set 10 37 degrees, an electrical smell was coming from the inside and the internal fan would shut off for long periods of time warming up the contents. It took months for me to finally get Blutekusa to accept the defective mini fridge in April and I am still waiting for my replacement. I have sent over 30 e-mails on this issue and most have been ignored. I finally had to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to see if they could help. Blutekusa has had my defective unit longer than I owned it. Now I am out the cost of the product plus the return shipping fee. There were more problems that I could relate but I'm running out of space. Since Blutekusa said they couldn't give me a refund, I have no choice but try and get a replacement. Buyers beware of this seller.

I also purchased from Blutekusa - buyers beware! They do not provide refund per their written return policy. Emily from "customer service" ignores all calls and emails. Stay away!
