PRINCE2 Process Model: A Comprehensive Graphical View of All the Standard PRINCE2 Products and Processes

We recently purchased the Process Map to help us with our PRINCE2 training and rollout. The Map really helped us understand the logical processes, and it is easy to see what documents and processes are linked.

We now have over 25 of these wall charts all over the building, and they are a great easy reference as we review ongoing Projects within the company, and save a lot of time digging around the manuals.

If you are looking to train or implement in PRINCE2, these are well worth the money

The idea of this product is great. It clearly & easily presents a large amount of information about the Prince 2 method, and should be a great reference for those looking to take the Practitioners exam. Note however, the word should ... unfortunately on receiving the item I discovered that it is in fact out of date, as it does not reflect the changes to the Method as released in the 2005 edition.. and as it is this latest version of the method that candidates for the exam are now being tested on ... well, you get the picture!

While this is a nice chart to have, I feel that it is definitely not worth $9.99. The text is too small for a "wall chart" and there is a useful reference matrix on the back that you can't see once you hang it up. I would improve this product by putting the matrix on the front at the bottom and doubling the size. The it would be more useful as a "wall chart" and worth the $9.99

I was disappointed with this - while the content of the poster is good - it is small (A3) and has print on both sides so you will need 2 if you really wish to post it up!

The Process map has been updated with minor changes, and is just waiting for publication of the new 2005 PRINCE2 manual from the OGC, due out by the end of November. All process maps shipped from the 17th November 2005 will contain the updates. However for existing customers the changes do not effect anyone taking exams upto January 2006, when the new changes will be reflected in the exams.

excellent overview of the PRINCE2- I HAVE PAID $17 for the same map through my company. A huge colorful Process Map, clearly setting out the different stages.

The Process Map shows a quick guide of PRINCE2 processes, and how they all link together.

We use the wallcharts to remind people of the various stages of PRINCE2, and the links to the required documents.

PRINCE2 is all about methods, so it shows how to provide a structured start, middle and end to a Project, using common terms and documents throughout. We also use the PMBOK, and PRINCE2 sits nicely alongside, filling in the gaps.

The level of detail is excellent, and they also helped everyone still taking PRINCE2 exams, as a reference guide they could take with them.

I am writing a group paper on Prince2. We got hold of a pdf of it. We have a roll printer. Its great aid for studying for the exams which I would like to attempt in a couple of years. So it helped me answer some of the questions of exam that I am using to study.

A great product ! I recommend it !
