My Doberman has Von Willebrand bleeding disorder (similar to hemophilia) and most over the counter diarrhea medications such as Pepto Bismol contain blood thinners. My vet prescribed this drug and it safely stops his diarrhea within hours. While it is easy to find out what NOT to give a dog with Von Willebrand, it is very difficult to find information about the safe alternatives. Hopefully this review helps.

This works so well! I was stunned how quickly my dog (with constant problems from irritable bowel syndrome),
started to feel better. She had a few of these, as prescribed, and it was back to normal. We give them now when she is around other dogs, and eats stuff she shouldn't. The Vet is pleased, and I am grateful we found something, after trying a million other products.

I had trouble getting this medicine locally from our vet for some strange reason, but our little schnauzer has irritable bowel syndrome and this medicine really, really helps him. So, I am ever so grateful to have found it on Amazon!

I had previously received this product after a visit to the veternarian...so after knowing how well it worked for the problem, I researched it on the internet and found a good price through Amazon. Very happy with product and it was nice to get it at a reasonable price.

I have a dog with super sensitive stomach so he gets diarrhea pretty often - I was spending a fortune on endosorb from the vet, buying in bulk make alot more sense.

While this supplier was new to Amazon Market, they fulfilled their order in timely manner, I would use them again.

We have a dog who has a serious problem getting gas and/or diahrea at least once a week, if he isn't walked twice a day, if it thunders, if we're out of the house, you get the idea. He has a very sensitive GI track. 4 endosorbs solve his problem. Takes about 4 hours, but it ends his suffering and ours.

I have a cavalier king charles with a VERY sensitive stomach. These pills work so well and very fast! She gets diarrhea often. She also takes tagaments with every meal. This product is incredible! Could not believe the price for 500 tablets! This is a steal! I love amazon!

I have GSD whose stomach is very sensitive. He often has loose stool and there is not much I can do until I found this product. My Vet recommended it for short term use. I tried it and it helped my dog. I recommend if you have dog who has loose stool often but is not sick because of any bacteria or other infections.

My corgi mix has bouts with diarrhea all the time. Endosorb really helped his diarrhea on top of feeding him boiled chicken breast and steamed rice. I ordered through Amazon (KV-Pet), I received my shipment very quickly. I will use them again. Also, the price is very reasonable.
