I have the Pro Roller Stretching book as well and both
are excellent, easy to use and the photos are clear and
concise. Good little books to reference while you are
actually doing the exercises.

This book, and others by the author, allows me to have my own workout studio no matter where I am.

The books are convenient and packed with dozens of exercises and movements that support my goals of having a stronger core, improved posture, more effective breathing, toned but relaxed muscles, wider range of motion, and a sense of well-being. The Massage Essentials book is a great help in working out knots and muscle tightness. All the books have great introductions, clear descriptions, and instructive photos.

For the Pro-Roller books, I have the same kind of roll that the author uses (Pro-Roller by Orthopedic Physical Therapy Products ). In addition to being a very useful tool for the exercise and massage activities, I sometimes just relax on it.
