The PRO Scientific PRO-PK-01-01200MGS Multi-Gen 7 Standard Homogenizing Package includes the handheld Bio-Gen PRO200 homogenizer, a Multi-Gen probe adapter, a 12-pack of Multi-Gen 7 generator probes, a toolkit, and a carrying case, and is suitable for use in homogenizing samples such as liquid or soft tissue. This analog on/off unit has a variable speed of 5,000rpm to 35,000rpm with a sliding switch speed control. It includes a 12-pack of Multi-Gen 7 reusable probes for processing multiple samples and preventing cross-contamination. The probes are constructed of 316 stainless steel for ease of sterilization and resistance to corrosion, and can fit in 1.5mL to 5mL microcentrifuge tubes (sold separately) for broad range sample processing. An included Multi-Gen probe adapter locks probes into place and provides hands-free ejection to prevent accidental contamination. The 144W, 1/5hp unit has a maximum noise level of 68dB for quieter operation. This handheld homogenizer package is marked for European Conformity (CE), is Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) listed (cUL for Canada), and is suitable for use in multiple sample processing applications.
