I bought this product for the express purpose of using it in conjunction with my walker when I did therapy in the pool. This cane is much more convenient than a regular cane when using the walker. It holds my weight well and does it job perfectly. I use it these days even without the walker. I have MS with ataxia and gait problems so I need both and when I don't use my walker I definably use my cane.

I found this cane to be of good quality. It is adjustable, and the handle has a nice feel to it.

I bought a similar cane at Wal-Mart for twice as much. This cane is all anyone needs unless you want some fancy floral type. By the way, be sure to put your name and phone number on it in case you misplace it (like I did). I would have preferred a cloth bag instead of plastic, which will eventually crack... Another problem is that if you extend the cane any more than when you receive it in the bag, it will not fit in the bag anymore (you can't snap shut the bag), so you may as well toss it. Bad design....
