Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
The Vita is awesome. I really couldn't realize it, until I had received mine in the mail, and held it in my hands. I had a PSP, and this thing is light years beyond the console that it replaced. The Vita feels incredibly comfortable, perhaps even more so than my trusty Dual Shock controllers. The miniature, twin analog sticks are brilliantly implemented, comfortable, and they function perfectly. Likewise, the shoulder buttons (and face buttons) are perfectly placed and easy to engage. Ergonomically, I couldn't ask for anything more- the Vita just feels good in my hands, and I can play it at length without any discomfort.

The only time it's NOT comfortable (or fun) is when a game forces me to use the touch screen, whereupon I'm forced to awkwardly start bumbling with the screen (or even worse, the back touch interface) with one hand, while I hang onto the console with my other hand. It's my hope that Sony will stop forcing gamers to use these awkward touch schemes. Why on earth would they develop such perfect physical controls for their handheld, and then ignore them at times? If we want to play games with touch, there are dozens of options- Kindle Fire, iPad, smart phones, etc. The Vita can and should be the ALTERNATIVE to everything else, not one more touch device that will be lost in a sea of similar devices. I can't begin to describe the frustration I felt when I was forced to use touch while playing "Golden Abyss" or "Mutant Blobs from Space". I actually had to stop playing the latter game, because I couldn't adjust to the touch portions, and they brought the fun factor to a screeching halt for me.

Now back to the good stuff... The 5" OLED screen is stunning.

5.0 out of 5 stars Black ops on the Go........ November 18, 2012

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Ok Ok so by now you've done some research on reviews of this game. Call of Duty: Black OPs Declassified for the Vita and many experts are saying it's horrible... My opinion might mean nothing to you but I must say, "to each is own". The game is Black Ops on the fly and though it not exactly the same as the PS3 or 360 version. You still can have fun with this game on the vita. Just think you can play black ops while you're not home, on a trip, visiting people you don't like, or if your using the bathroom..LOL ok maybe to much info. But I find this game provides lots of fun and entertainment and I didn't have to buy it. It was packaged in a nice Vita Bundle...... So for those of you not sure about buying this bundle, ask yourself whats more important some expert saying its horrible game or someone like you saying it's black ops on the GO.........If you have not owned a Vita heres your chance, you wont regret it.....

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
this vita is AWESOME. is is super fun and there is a lot of cool features. the call of duty game is really fun, not as fun as COD on ps3 but it is portable! If you are looking to buy a vita, this is the one to buy. it also incudes a 4gb memory card so there is no hidden fee. this is a great gift for anyone. i would recommend this to anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sony is sony December 23, 2012

I decided to buy this product because of the brand. I have many Sony products and have no complaints. I liked the product because it has many features such as: games, mp3, mp4, internet and more. I really enjoyed the games, the screen size, the speed of the internet and the ease of use of the product. I bought for my son, but I really recommend it for all ages.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ahhhhh Vita November 13, 2012

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
The PS vita seems pretty solid, it focuses on the ps network so homebrews will probaly be more difficult. The package is good, comes with a good starter emory card, the vita and charging gear and a copy of COD Dec. however you dont get the box just the game. The system itself feels good in my hands but seems to smear. It was well worth the buy and COD looks great in my opinion. If you dont like COD buy the Assassins creed bundle, its a good deal

3.0 out of 5 stars Vita is cool. and Black ops is mediocre December 4, 2012
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
I had a Vita on release and after a few months of nothing i got fed up and sold it but i ended up seeing many benefits in owning it again and also i wanted black ops and mostly nfs mw. Well black ops disappointed but it's playable. It's basically resistance burning skies with a crappy single player and a cod coat of paint. All the resistance sound effects and issues are present in the game. In a nut shell the game is ok. I will do a full review of black ops on the page for the game. The vita is better then i remember it due to PS1 compatibility and a few features added to the PSP like touch screen mapping. I like the ability to map Ps1 games any way you want. PS1 is my favorite system. ^_^ The system is nice but to me games make the system and there are few games other then psp and ps1 games that make this worth the purchase however my digital library of unused psp games i bought for this as well as all my ps1 classics just sitting there on the psn needed to be used again. I wanted my psp game on a vita for the second analog support. Oh and nfs mw was making me drool. I like the android version on my nexus 7 but it was no vita version. I want to grab mortal kombat and uncharted again. I honestly think the vita is too expensive for a system that is struggling but if you can get it cheap it's worth checking out. Black ops is laughable and the memory card is nice seeing as it's needed to start playing games. However i needed a bigger memory card. They really need to calm the prices of a stupid flash memory card the hell down. =)
