Picked this up at an airport along with a tip for my phone while travelling when I realized I had left my charger behind. It's small enough that I carry it with me every day, and will recharge my phone from dead to full in about 20 minutes. I've since picked up a tip to charge my ipod, and that has been working great so far.

This little gem lets you charge all kinds of devices using your iGo tips from any powered USB port.

Now this is handy !!!

Great addition to your laptop or desktop computer. No need to carry the charger around to charge your mini media devices. Great introduction for those who don't to invest the iGo charger yet but wants to try the iGo versatility. You can work on your laptop and charge your media device especially when you are in airport and fighting for one power outlet.

But sadly nothing more. I thought I could use this to charge and do a data transfer but no. It's just a charging device.
It does charge devices that utilize this port but you can't use it to transfer data also.

This cable lets me use my iPhone's 110-220W charging brick and my 12V USB car charger to charge any of my portable devices. All I need is an iGo adapter tip for each device - each tiny tip replaces a whole cord and charging brick, and I can even charge from my computer if I'm short on wall outlets. The iGo system is a great concept, but I prefer the smaller iPhone brick and 2 slot USB car charger to iGo's own wall and car chargers.

The cable does what it is supposed to: plug into a usb outlet eg on a computer or wall outlet with 2 prong adaptor, and then plug into your phone with its specific igo power tip. I got this for my wife who is always forgetting to charge her phone, and since I'm usually with her shopping, I can charge it through our laptop between coffee shops or borders/barnes bookstores. She has a blackberry curve which uses a A32 tip, and I also use it to charge my iphone with the A133 tip.

Already had an i-go wall charger with tips for my i-pod, cell phone, kindle etc. This cord allows be to charge all of them via my netbooks usb ports. Net result is that I need to bring only 1 charger -- the one for my netbook. Add in this little cord + the tips and I can charge all my electronics when travelling. Now if someone could figure out how to make a smaller charger for netbooks....

I've used iGo for years - like their products but customer support is poor. I've never gotten a reply from them via email nor do they answer the customer support phones.
As for the length, add a usb extender to get a longer cord.

I was unaware they sold this till I saw it on Amazon. This is a great way to use all those iGo tips you have with a portable battery, the ones used for charging a mobile phone on the go. With the igo splitter I can charge 2 low power demanding devices off the 1 USB port on my 6000mah portable battery.

I have another iGo charger for my Car for my iphone. This one is USB charger. Please remember that it does not come with tip by default. so you have to buy an appropriate tip for your device. As I had another iGo charger, so I can use the same tip. Other than that it worked as advertized.

I got it from A1 Accessories they are awesome. it was nicely packaged and i received in due time.
