Unable to save to the memory card after 10MB of saved games,
By
This review is from: PS2 32 Meg Max Memory Card (Accessory)
This is the new 8 97459 00003 9 model. After you have 10MB of saved files on the memory card, games can no longer save to it. Some games will saved a corrupt file, or unable to save, or giving error there's no memory card.PS2 also can't copy any saved games from another memory card to this 32MB memory card once it has 10MB of saved files. If I delete some saved files to free up the memory card to less than 10MB of usage, any games will be able to save to it. My theory is PS2 has problem writing to the memory card once it has 10MB of saved files.

Bad Quality Control Or Something...,

This review is from: PS2 16 Meg Max Memory Card (Accessory)
This card was bought at a Target store at a steep discount to the Sony brand cards and w/ 2x the memory. This card has not functioned right from day one - corrupted game files, save errors and in many cases deleted game files lead to a bunch of frustration. Not sure why this is the case, but this card is NOT recommended at all.

Extreme Hastle,

This review is from: PS2 32 Meg Max Memory Card (Accessory)
The 32MB capacity of this card is a great value compared to the standard PS2 memory cards. However, this is completely outweighed by the inconvenience of having to load a cd to initialize the card every time you wish to use it. I now only use it to store game data that I don't use regularly and have reverted to a standard card for day-to-day use. (Rating would be a 5/5 if initialization wasn't necessary).
