Beware, if you buy a used Super Dual box adapter or from other merchants, you may or may not receive it but rather you'll receive the Dilong pu203 version which looks exactly like it. Take note that the Super Dual Box has a red LED (although the old ones don't have any at all) and the Dilong has a blue LED. The Dilong doesn't have a dance pad code, so it won't work with StepMania. So take that in mind when looking for the drivers in google. Other than that, it's a great adapter, it works perfectly. The only reason you would need to download the drivers would be for vibration but if you don't need it, you can just go ahead and plug it to your usb and it will install as a human interface device.

For a Finaly Fantasy XI player who grew up on PS2,
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars

Now I know a lot of people buy these type of devices for different reasons, and my reason being one that I had never actually heard of. I have been playing Final Fantasy XI Online for quite a few years now, but when I started playing I played via the Playstation 2 so I learned how to play the game via a controller.
Now once my PS2 died after I had bought a new computer I decided to make the jump from playing on the PS2 to playing on the PC.. however I still wanted to play with a controller. Well after several usb pretend PS2 controllers I finally made this purchase and i have not had one regret. I'm running vista and it works without a flaw, and I finally have a D-pad and analog sticks that won't let me down. If you're a fellow Final Fantasy XI player and looking to use a controller on your PC this tool + PS2 controller is the way to go!

PS2 buttons do not work properly,

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: PS PS2 USB Dual Controller to PC Adapter Converter (Video Game)
The device basically works, but the experience is sub-par.
Many people don't know that the DualShock PS2 buttons are pressure sensitive, which means they sense how hard they are being pressed. This adapter converts that range into a binary "yes/no" press to work better with computers. Unfortunately, it sets the threshold for this very high, probably at the maximum pressure the button reads. This means that if you don't fully depress the button, it doesn't trigger at all, and in order to trigger the button you have to do more than just press it, you have to SMASH it. This takes time, and the effect is to introduce enough latency in the button presses to make games noticeably more difficult to control. Trying to play a Mario game is like playing to play it drunk. Clearly this isn't bothering a lot of people, but if this sounds like it might bother you, I'd save your cash. (Looking at the USB events, it appears to be the hardware itself emitting button events only for hard presses; a software fix on the computer does not appear to be possible. Switching the digital/analog mode does not help.)
