HI, I purchased this for our PS3 and it's to square of a cord. It absolutely won't work. Don't be fooled into this purchase like I was. I'm going to try best buy or some other store that will make sure it's the cord we're looking for

I had purchased a new Sony Playstation 3, PS3 Power Cord AC Cable and it burned my PS3. Very disappointed, never had this happen before, now it's going to cost me more money trying to get the PS3 repaired because it burned the electrical prongs right off.

This product worked without any problems. It is very cheap and the price can't be matched in the store. I would recommend without hesitation.

I ordered a PS3 AC cable. You know know, the thing that brings power from the socket to the game unit. There was a picture of exactly that on the description of the order as well. Well my package came today, and it contained an RCA cable. I now have an abundance of options for connecting the PS3 to a television, but still no way to power the thing. I'm in Afghanistan, so returning the item isn't so simple as taking it back to the post office.

I did NOT receive a playstation 3 power cord, as the title states. I received what appears to be a playstation 2 VIDEO CABLE. Getting a refund, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Bought this cable after we moved and we lost the original PS3 power cable. This power cord worked perfectly, PS3 has been running for weeks now, no issues. It looks like its the same power cable as any desktop PC and most people have those laying around. I can not say whether any desktop PC power cord is safe to use with your PS3, however the plugs do fit.

Received the cord in only 3 days. Can't believe how inexpensive it was. Works perfectly as it should

I purchased this for a PS3 slim, 120 GB version. The end that connects to the PS3 is a lot fatter than the end of the cord that ships with the PS3. The box it came in even touted it as a PS3 power cord, but I assure you, it will not work with a PS3 slim. I can not speak to the comparability with the older "fat" ps3's.
