Designed for moderate shredding in the home/office, the Fellowes Powershred PS-702CD delivers a high level of performance and features. This affordable, medium duty shredder reduces documents to 7/32" strips. It can shred up to 15 sheets per pass, 25-50 times per day, for a total daily capacity as high as 700 sheets. A unique safety lock prevents the shredder from accidentally being turned on. The shredder shuts off and alerts operator when a paper jam occurs, and the sheet capacity gauge helps prevent jams from occurring at all. The unit will also automatically discontinue operation if the seven-gallon pull-out wastebasket is ajar or the shredder is overheated.

Equipped with a 9" front feed paper entry, the PS-702CD easily accepts standard letter or legal size documents. The durable steel cutters also accept credit cards, staples and paper clips, while a designated slot safely shreds compact disks. A convenient electronic auto start/stop feature ensures quick, easy shredder operation. Fellowes provides seven years of warranty coverage on the cutting blades.
