First recurve,
By Timothy W Miller (Louisville, Kentucky United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: PSE® Razorback™ Recurve Bow Right Hand (Misc.)
I purchased this Bow a few days ago from a local dealer, I had never shot a recurve bow before, The light draw makes it very easy to shoot for a hour with no problems. The take down screws are solid and the limbs a wood laminate.
My only complaint is the bright white limbs and large product stickers under the lacquer.

Best recurve I could find for the price!,

I this bow for about a month now and I works quite nice and a lot lighter than compound bows. Mine is the 35' version and its powerful enough to stick arrows 3ft inside a frozen bale of hay from 20 yards. I think the other reviewer is mistaken because the PSE bow I received was manufactured in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Easy to take down and string without even needing a bow stringer. The only thing I noticed that was a bit low quality was the plastic pieces in between the limbs and the riser. Could have been aluminium which would have been far better quality, but all the rest of the parts are good. I put a stabilizer and sight on mine and greatly improved accuracy. Would also recommend a release for even better accuracy. It has less range than a compound bow but its a whole lot more fun to shoot.

Chinese Quality Control,

The wood riser had a sliver of wood missing under the limb pocket, but the pocket was screwed on anyways which made the connection crooked. The person building this bow had to have noticed, but screwed everything down anyways. Made in China.
