It should be called Ridge Racer 1.5,

This game is just an update of Ridge Racer 1
It shares the same game engine, user interace and game design as the previous title, and includes almost all of the elements, cars, and tracks of its predecessor though out the Ridge Racer Series since Playstation One Era. List of Updated content: Instead of 24 Tracks (12 unique tracks and the same 12 trcaks in reverse) from Ridge Racer 1, Ridge Racer 2 has 9 x 2 = 18 more tracks than Ridge Racer 1 including same tracks in reverse which has total 42 tracks. There are total 62 fictional cars, 8 more cars than the RR1. If you never played this game before on your PSP, get it, because the game itself is actually pretty fun. [...]

The game was really fun, its just that the ex tour wich is the last tour is so hard even on easy..its more like impossible..
