Does the job!,

Firstly, I bought this after deciding between this and the playgear pocket(pgp) which is highly recommended(dunno why though, since it doesnt have a screen protector..highly customizable maybe?)
The somewhat sleeky, black exterior is durable. It has access to everything (except the battery port, which you're not going to access often, or at all, unless you leave your psp for weeks without using it and remove it). The screen protector covers the the entire screen plus a small area around it. It is rather thick but doesnt have any effect on whats on screen(ie. you can see clearly,no blurs). Product description has Removable PC screen protector however it doesnt look removable to me nor do the booklet, or i should say one page of 3 not very helpful pictures with warranty info on other side, doesnt give proper instructions for this, just the same image on packaging. Another reviewer said it scratches the umd door, however mine doesnt...maybe they got a defective one. the umd door is covered by a hatch with the hinges at the bottom,on the side facing the umd door is an foldable stand which is used to prop the psp, useful when watching movies. The umd door doesnt touch the case when opening/closing. NOTE however that the case protects the umd door with that hatch so you must open that first then eject the umd door. Stealth as in its black maybe. The size is reasonable but nothing to be called stealthy.(they should save that for the ds lite which can fit in even the tightest jeans pocket!) Only after awhile, maybe 20mins, does you're hands feel the slight burden of the weight. Basically, it does the job and is a good alternative to the pgp. Also, this can be customized with the mother of customization ...stickers!

The Best so far, not joking.,

I have 1 year been with my psp, I have tried almost everything the headsets, 3 type of protectors from the Logitech, Sony official and at last but not less the Stealth one. I ended up selling the other 2 as this Stealth one has captured my attention.
The case is really worth what I paid, I bought it on Ebay, its pure Aluminum (aside from other cases that are plastic made), it has a protective cover inside that wont let your PSP touch the metallic externals. This is great as the external is really hard, if you are in a cold enviorment the Case will be cool as well. You can notice this is not plastic, its metal as you put your fingers or you are in the cold weather. I agree with previous reviewers the case is heavy, but is totally worth it, I cant leave my PSP without this case, I have not taken it out since I bought it, not even to change the battery, I watch movies on this, its really cool and supportive, there is NO way the case will scratch the PSP nor the screen. The screen protector is awesome, you can see clearly through it, no problems so far and it wont scratch so easily. In all your PSP is well protected with this case, I can assure you I have even dropped my PSP in case and no damage has happened to it, I was afraid at the beginning of having the PSP as I know this is like really really delicate, a bump and bye bye PSP... I had first the Nintendo DS Lite, but as expected the games are not the best there, so anyways on my point of view: THIS IS THE BEST CASE PROTECTOR YOU CAN BUY FOR YOUR PSP, its not a plastic cheap one, and I heard they are making this in different colors (silver, blue, red, black)

Great Protection for the Vulnerable PSP,

This review is from: PSP Stealth Case (Video Game)
The PSP is a fantastic unit with a great screen - but it scratches VERY easily. The Stealth Case helps keep the PSP safe from the dings life throws at you.
The Stealth Case is made by Mad Catz and is also offered in a GameStop branded unit at EB Games and GameStop. It's the same unit. It's a hard plastic outer shell that creates a clam shell around your PSP, much like the innate setup of the Nintendo DS. The clamshell idea in general is great. It opens up for easy playing (and even offers a shield against ambient light which can be great). The case holds two memory sticks, and the bottom forms a little stand if you're watching a movie and want to prop your PSP up to watch. On the down side, this is NOT light. When you look at the difference between the regular Nintendo DS and the DS Lite, you sort of have the idea here. The PSP on its own was never a light unit - and if you throw in this bulky case, it's now even heavier. I'm not saying that your arms will start to hurt because you're holding it, but it is noticeable. Really, they key here is that PSP owners have to do *something* to protect their PSP. The way the PSP ships, it is wide open to destruction. That screen - which is of course its fantastic advantage - is completely exposed to anything which might scratch or even break it. You have to do something to give it protection. This unit is relatively cheap and gives you that protection both against gentle dangers (such as a cloth bag might shield against) but also hard drops and smashes. If you take your PSP out of the house at all, that is really important. The way the top of the clamshell is set up, this can even help the PSP if you drop it while playing, because either the clamshell will snap shut when it hits, or the triangular space created between the main PSP and the clamshell top will stop the screen from impacting the ground. Highly recommended for PSP owners, considering how much the PSP itself costs!

stealth case is good,
This review is from: PSP Stealth Case (Video Game)
The PSP stealth case is a very good item to have for the protection of the PSP. It has access to all of the switches and holes for the PSP. and comes with a monster screen protector.the only problem it has is that it will scratch the UMD door other than that it is a very good product.

THE CASE IN IT'S SELF IS PRETTY COOL LOOKING, SOMTHING DIFFRENT THAT NOT EVERYBODY HAS. I HAVE THE PSP 3000 AND THE HEADPHONE JACK IS COVERED SO THAT SUCKS! IT IS RATHER PRICEY FOR WHAT IT IS BUT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING LIKE THIS THAT I SAW. ALSO, IT SEAMS AS THOUGH THIS CASE IS MADE OUT OF ALUMINUM SO IT CAN GET BENT OUT OF SAPE WHICH CAN BE GOOD AND BAD AT THE SAME TIME. GOOD BECAUSE YOU CAN BEND IT SO THAT IT CAN SEAL BETTER BUT BAD BECAUSE IF LEFT EMPTY YOUR BABY BOTHER CAN SIT ON IT AND DEFORM THE CASE

This case is a very good case. It even works with the PSP 2000 (PSP-slim). The case does its job very well. It protects the PSP unit as it should. It's a solid sturdy case. The screen cover is great, it seems to protect the PSP screen very well. The inside is lined with a type of rubber/foam material that protects your PSP from getting scratched. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
The only flaw I can find is that even though all the connections line up pretty nicely with the case, the Head phone's jack is covered. You can not see it at all when the PSP is in the case. Again, I have a PSP 2000. I don't know if that will still be an issue with the PSP 1000. This is the only reason why I don't give it 5 stars. I mean, I have to pull the PSP out of the case in order to use the head phones.

Probably the best case you make the call.,

I'll start with the pro's and end with the cons. First a few words before I do. This is the only case I own. So I can't tell you how it compares to Sony's playgear pocket or Logitech. So that's something to think about with this review. ok here's the pro's
PRO -It gives access to all the ports and I mean all of them. I've read some reviews saying you can't access the ac battery port. Which is entirely false. All of it is accessable. The usb slot, the two switches headphone slot, ac slot the case protects around them. - a unique feature to this case and why it outshines in this field is the hatch on the back which protects the UMD door. I've also read reviews that it scratches the door. It never has mine. Opening and closing it is easy. All you have to do is push it down and then you can open your UMD door as normal. When you have it closed it stays closed even if you shake the unit around. -the inside has to slots to hold 2 memory sticks - the inside is lightly padded with rubber - it has a durable thick screen protector. I've never seen it scratch my screen. It clips on and stays in place nicely easy to remove and you don't lose any visual aspect even though it's a little thick. - It's made of aluminum and it's not flimsy Very durable it would take alot to break this case. CONS -The protective screen cover can get a bit annoying when first opening the case. Mine seems to want to try to come off it's only due to the lifting of it though and it's a minor annoyance when you open the case and not after. -it's metal which means it has weight to it. it's not unbearable but imagine a n64 controller with two rumble packs attached to it and that's kind of like the weight. once again i'll remind you that I haven't had a chance to use any other case. I imagine this case isn't that much heavier than the other ones. - to me the case is ugly. as you can see in the picture it has a big circle in the middle that says mad catz and pyrimd like shape on either sides of it. It's dull black. So there you have it. This case is a must buy if it's your first case or if you already have a different case. You'll probably still use this one atleast to travel with.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my Stealth Case. I love how its made of metal, and gives my PSP a slightly bulkier profile (which is the reason why I wanted a case because of my large adult hands.) I get lots of compliments from PSP owners and curious people alike for the way it looks.
As for functionality, every button works and every plug outlet is exposed. I haven't removed my PSP from this case and I don't even intend to. There's an additional piece of clear screen protection plastic that at times causes an annoying glare depending on the angle of any light source, but its in no way attached to the case itself and is easily removed. The rear door works as its supposed to, allowing me access to the UMD drive, and the stand feature is fantastic when I'm watching movies or just to prop it up so I can show it off to people :).

This is a great case for your PSP. It's solid. It's durable. It comes with a great screen protecter built in. It's a nice material. It's light weight. All around it's a great case to protect that precious PSP. It's the one I use now, and I can't see me getting a different one. Granted it's not a PS made case, it's still a darn good one. Only knock against it, to me, is the inability to use the headphones when it's in the case. I, personally, take it out of the case when I play anyway. Still a good buy. Case closed.

This case was worth the money. I have dropped my psp a few times and had no ill effects. It also saved my screen as my psp went though the baggage line at the airport. It is well designed for the most part. I am not sure how to use the stand that came built in but as a case it is get.
