This works fine with Palm OS but I bought it to get email attachments with Pocket PC. The only way it seems to work is to run a complete sync everytime, very slow and tedious, and that just duplicates the same message from ActiveSync. Here's the zero rating: The CD you buy leads you to an online update, I think the entire program gets downloaded, then you install that and you get a message that "uninstall files are missing, you might not be able to uninstall" it. No way to stop the installation at that point. I tried uninstalling Intellisync and it cannot be done. I emailed support and so far the only response was an acknowledgement. I tried XP Restore to before I installed it and it's still there but now asking me to purchase a licensed version, mine was just before the update download. Reinstalling over the original or update made matters worse. I tried to get the uninstall files that are aparently missing. Now the core files are missing and it cannot be reinstalled or uninstalled. Can't wait for the rebates.

I bought this program to sync my lotus note application.

The installation is actually very simple... if you know what you are doing. Problem is, the instructions that come with the program are horrible. Thus, you'll probably have to call support at some point because even the web site doesn't offer better information on installing the application and configuring it with your desktop application.

I was on hold for 45 minutes with support. They were friendly and helpful when they finally got on the phone. I did have to make a follow up call the next day. This time, I was only on hold for about 5 minutes.

The sad thing is that Puma Tech could and should invest the minimal resources it requires to put together a good instruction manual.

I needed a solution to sync my Lotus notes mail, to do and contacts. This product worked perfectly, it carried all my information from Notes onto mt e740. There was no contentions, errors, etc. All my date was perfectly formatted and mapped to appropriate fields. I would reccomend this to anyone, wirked with XP professional, Lotus 5.08, Pocket PC 2002 and Toshiba e740. All bleading edge stuff and no problems...Geeze what a product.

After purchasing the software I encountered installation problems. I phone tech support and immediately got Howard who was very helpful and patient as I am not a computer person. Howard made installing the software and getting to work simple. Simple enough to where I can assist my co-workers in installing and using intellisync should the same situation present itself. Intellisync tech support was OUTSTANDING!

This is the swiss army knife of synchonization softwares. It supports just about every PIM you could ask for. Most importantly, it's fast. I have a Palm myself and quickly disposed of the Chapura PocketMirror product (which comes with the Palm) not because it didn't work, but because it was too slow.

Simple, easy-to-install program that allows owners of Palm-based PDAs to synch their unit with Microsoft Outlook, the data utility used on such 'smartphones' as the Blackberry Pearl.

Bought to go with Lotus Notes 6.5 and Palm OS. This product does not work for that application.

The program doesn't work, and neither does the support telephone number.
