The shoes fit great - I got it a half size larger than what I wear normally, which is a general rule with athletic shoes for me. Also, I have rather wide feet as well and have had no problem with the medium width, with minimal bulging on the sides. I have the Shadow/Teak/Rapture Rose colored version and it looks exactly as it appears on my computer screen. The traction is great and I could definitely see myself taking a hike in these shoes!
