We have had this product for a couple of years. We use in our bathroom so we don't have to have bottled water there. We need a new filter, but now I find you have discontinued the item. It is a shame such a good product has been discontinued. Are replacement filters still available?

This product is far superior to the on-the-faucet type filters. We have broken three of those filters because the water pressure eventually cracks the housing. We have had this filter for two or three years now and have had no problems. The water tastes great and it takes up very little counter space. The filters are not cheap, but they last longer than the afore-mentioned faucet types.

I've had the CT5000 for 10 years on my countertop. Used daily for coffee & drinking water it's been fantastic.

When the filter gets near the end of it's life the water flows out rather slowly, but still nice & pure!

I've found the filters last MUCH longer than the recommended 4 to 6 months. There is a little indicator that turns red when the filter is pooping out.
