I can not say enough about how comprehensive and vitally important this book is. I am one of Robyn's best friends and I can tell you first hand that I have known her through all the years. I watched her recovery when she got poisoned. And I have watched every stage of her development. I truly believe that Geoff and Robyn are anointed in writing this book and they have a timely message that is invaluable for every one of us, no matter if you are a raw foodist, Paleo, carnivore, vegan or vegetarian. Even if you are not ready or able to do intermittent fasting, this book is a must. I have assisted Robyn in teaching and preparing her RawSome Recipes for years and know first hand her passion for sharing all that she has been gifted to receive. Robyn and Geoff are genuine, down to earth and fastidious when it comes to researching, writing, and teaching.

Both Robyn and Geoff are incredible intuitive chefs and the recipes in PURE 5:2 Transformaton in 21 Days are easy to prepare and "intuitively"... brilliantly designed. They take the utmost care in balancing high nutrient density with flavor and satisfaction. Pure 5:2 Transformation in 21 Days compliments and builds on Robyn's first book. It is very timely as knowing the food source is very important. Robyn and Geoff Randolph have made it their live philosophy and mission teaching others to eat wholesome and healthy. This book has something for every one from young to old.

When attempting to eat intuitively it can be quite challenging, especially when you want to release weight. But with the PURE 5:2 program you are able to transform your eating pattern effortlessly.

After eliminating wheat, dairy, and processed foods for 21 days, I found my cravings for bread and junk foods greatly diminished. After the 21 days I released 7lbs, although that doesn't sound like much, I noticed that I didn't have stiffness in my joints and I felt lighter. The program was actually quite easy to follow. Now I feel like I finally have more control over my eating.

I can eat whatever I want but I desire to eat the foods that make my body feel good and I continue to follow the PURE 5:2 Transformation program, for the most part. I would highly recommend this program.

I meet most diets and eating plans (and particularly the words 'raw' and 'fasting') with a degree of unhappiness and trepidation...but Pure 5:2 has been the easiest, most immediately effective lifestyle eating I have ever tried.
After years of digestive issues and low energy despite leading a very healthy lifestyle and long-term yoga practice - Pure 5:2 gave me the energy and glow I had been wanting. I had tried everything from Dukkan, to cutting out dairy, to herbal remedies and a variety of cleanses. But nothing stuck.
The smoothies on a 2-day were filling and easy (worth the initial sting of having to pay for all the supplementary powders and things)and the mental and emotional support through the exercises in the book were really helpful in approaching the low moods that arose from not being able to use food as a comfort blanket.
The recipes were imaginative, yummy and I never felt deprived. I am nearly at the end of my 21 days and I know that how I eat has been forever transformed. I managed to give up wheat, sugar, alcohol and cakes almost immediately. I dropped about 5 pounds of extra weight quickly. My skin looks fab. I am bouncing around the house.
This program gives you lots of scope - there are actually loads of foods you can eat on it! And if you're not sold on the plan by now, the Randolph's expertise in the world of additives and chemicals in foods will put you off eating processed foods for life.
Plus, hugely more interesting than any diet book I have ever read!
