Beautiful Frame
This frame is very lovely. I ordered the purple onr and the purple has a pearl-like appearance that enhances the color. I have purple accents in my living room and the frame fit in perfectly.

not really new, slightly damaged
I assume these frames are from a store that took these off the shelf because they had some damage. Mine arrived dirty, with a couple small scratches, and a small crack. But I assume a pristine version of the frame would be more expensive so I didn't return it.

I ordered this frame for a Christmas photo. When I received it, it was not the shade of green that I wanted and the frame was noticeably scratched. The company was easy to contact by phone and offered to replace the frame. Since it was not the shade of green that I desired, I declined the offer. I offered to return the frame that I had received and they told me not to waste my time and they refunded my money without any argument.
The frame was not what I expected, but the service far exceeded what I expected. Thank you. I was nice to know there are some nice guys still out there. |
