My daughter had to have tubes in her ears, and I was given one pair of these to keep her ears dry during bath time, swimming, and anytime she would be subjected to having her ears under the water. They are really great, moldable ear plugs and fit really well into the ear. They get dirty really easily, so you wind up buying more than you think you will, but at an affordable price. My daughter likes to pick which color she is going to use each night, and it almost turns something you think will be horrible into a game. She has never once had water in her ear while using these (we also have the foam headband for swimming in the pool) and I would recommend them to anyone.

I use these to protect my daughter's ears from noise while we are working around loud equipment on the farm. They stay in place and do not seem to irritate her. The bright color makes them easy to find if they fall out (which rarely happens).

Okay so here's the reality... these things are sticky and gummy and pretty gross. However, they are the only ear plug I have found that actually works. Like another reviewer noted, these are like bubblegum once they touch hair, so it does take some practice to figure out how to get them in and out without a mess. I make sure to put my daughter's hair in a tight ponytail so this isn't an issue. If you have a child with ear tubes, they are definitely worth it- the other ones get hard and fall out, whereas these stay nice and soft.

I got these ear plugs hoping that they would be good for my daughter. they were easy to put in and didn't get water in her ears, but the removal was a nightmare. left wax stuck to her ears and ending up in her hair and was like gum when trying to remove. I will not get these again and am very disappointed.

These are easily moldable and stay in place very well. I cut one in half for my 5 year old's ears. Haven't lost a pair yet. Only thing is they can be sticky for the hair, but it shampoos out fine.

My daughter is on her 3rd set of ear tubes. We've tried a lot of types of ear plugs.
Hands down these stay in the best. They work well alone when bathing, and they are
fantastic combined with the ear band when swimming. They retain their stickiness
for several months before you have to replace them. I expect we will be using these
for years so I'm glad to find them for sale on Amazon.

My son is on his second set of ear tubes. These ear plugs are the best. I have seen some reviews that say the ear plugs are a little gummy and sticky. They are, but so what. They do what they are supposed to do. They keep the water out. He doesn't even need to wear the ear band with them. I would definitely recommed these ear plugs!!!!

These are great. My nine year old is prone to swimmer's ear. For the past two summers he has used these without the headband. He is very active in the water and swims almost daily. These stay in well, do a good job of protecting his ears from the water, and do not irritate him. They are a great investment. He uses the same pair over and over--if you store them in the case, they keep their texture.

My Son is 7 and he's had tubes in his ears since a baby. Putty Buddies make my life so much better. He uses them to swim and bathe. They are very easy to put in....Earplugs never fit right and they fall out. For swimming we use the putty buddies and the ear band it...the only way to go!!!
