70 oz. magnet structure.

Electro-plated cone with butyl rubber surround.

The PLW10BL features a blue CD wave electro-plated cone that looks great and sounds great. The butyl rubber surround lets you get the most out of your speaker, and will hold up to all the stresses of the auto environment (sunlight, extreme temperatures, etc.).

The 1.5-inch Katpon voice coil is well-suited for high-temperatures, and the vented pole piece helps dissipate heat, to achieve more efficient operation.

Feeling Blue?
In addition to the blue cone, the PLW10BL features a blue steel basket, for an extra splash of color.

4.0 out of 5 stars WOW, March 29, 2009

This review is from: PYLE PLW10BL 10-Inch 600 Watt Subwoofer (Electronics)
Ok. I was lookin for a good subwoofer for my dodge truck. I bought 2 kicker tens and I wanted more. So i started searching the net for cheaper subs and I came across these. They are cheap so I bought one. I put it in my truck and I really could not believe that this cheap sub sounded so good. So I bought 3 more of these subs cuz I was putting my truck in sound offs. I came in second in my class out of 36 entries. Ok So i went and bought 2 more, took the kickers out, and wow You literally can not be in my truck with the radio on. It is so loud and hits so hard. About 2 months ago I entered another sound off with the six pyle subs and took first in my class and third over all. There were 94 entries in the total and 22 in my class.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent replacement for a blown home theatre sub., March 21, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: PYLE PLW10BL 10-Inch 600 Watt Subwoofer (Electronics)
I have a 2 year old surround sound setup in my living room. I had always been unhappy with the stock speaker in the subwoofer as it just sounded weak. So continually turning up the amplifier on it, it blew it out and it started rattling, I was not surprised, it was a cheap speaker. However, the subwoofer amp and enclosure were great. It had a built in 150watt amplifier on it and the enclosure looked good in my living room. So after doing some research on amplifiers & ohms I decided to go with this guy as a replacement since a "good" new subwoofer is hard to find under $150. SO, after a little mod to my existing enclosure I threw this sub in there and hooked it up. HOLY CRAP, this thing will rattle the walls in my home theatre room and rival those kids with the "noise" coming from their rattling trunks. For $27 and free shipping (I love you amazon prime) I don't know why more people just replace their stock subwoofer speaker even if it sounds fine. It quite literally took my cheap 100watt subwoofer and turned it into 300 watt subwoofer just by changing the ohms of the speaker i had in it. I have had it hooked up for a few weeks now and after a "break in period" which is typical of all subs and speakers, it sounds amazing. I have yet to turn it all the way up (its at about 50% now) just to see what it sounds like.
