I had a lot of fun with this game. It's a really soild cart racer, in fact it's the best racer for the PSP that I've played. The control scheme is logical and responsive. The tracks are fun and not too hard to master. The overall look is colorful and slick.
But the part of the game that stands out the most is the music, especially the techno tracks. I love the way the songs are variations on the music from classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Dig Dug.

My favorites are the song that plays during the stage/character select (this song is also in the "retro maze") and the song that plays during the Dig Dug maze. Midway should have done the whole game is this style in my opinon.

This is a great game for all ages - I recommend it.

This game is pretty much just like Mario Kart, which doesn't bother me at all. I love Mario Kart and am pleased it is so similar. The only thing that isn't so great is the characters, but that really can't be helped. The Mario crew has become so familiar to me over the years and each of them have their own personalities and so on. However the Pac Man characters are, well, kinda boring. That's just a familiarity thing though. The gameplay itself is fun and since ya can't get Mario for PSP, this is the next best thing!
