We received the bike damaged. It looked as though it was put in the shipping box already damaged. The box was in good shape but the fender of the bike was horribly flattened. I contacted the company (O J Commerce) immediately and they said I could return it and Fex X would pick it up. Customer service at OJ Commerce was nice but, I have been charged on my credit card and there has been plenty of time to "credit" my card. Not too happy.
