I found this pillow at a store that sells overages for a trucking company. I didn't know the reputation of Pacific Coast, just that it looked like a good pillow. I did get a great deal on it, $...!!! I was so glad that I bought it when after the first night of sleeping on it I had no neck pain and I threw out the other 4 pillows that I used to use. I can't recommend this pillow enough! Now, knowing what I know, I would pay the full retail price for another of these pillows. It didn't smell funny like some down pillows you buy and it has a zip-off cover that you can throw in the wash. Something that you may not know is that you can actually wash this pillow in your washing machine! With some others you have to have them dry cleaned and that leaves you with the solvent smell of the cleaner that the dry cleaner uses..just can't say enough good things about this pillow...buy it, you will be glad you did!

I have a lot of problems with my neck from old injuries, and have had no luck with pillows---until now that is.
At first I thought these seemed a little firm. And Expensive. But they have proven themselves to me and my wife. I used to use two pillows and I spent the night repositioning them and I still woke up with neck tightness, and spasm.
Now, I rarely have any problems, and would never go back to cheaper alternatives. They seem to be waring very well also. They are not losing their firmness, I guess that's the inner pillow. Oh yea----did i mention there's a pillow within a pillow, I think thats what makes it work so well, give good support and not feel like your head is laying on a rock,

We must have twenty pillows in our home. I have no idea why this pillow is the most comfortable one, but I finally only need one pillow (rather than three) for a good night's sleep. Thank you Pacific Coast! This is well worth the money.

This is a great compliment to the Pacific Coast 4 down comforter. We had purchased down pillows before and they were relatively inexpensive and it showed. The feathers worked their way through and they smelled. The Pacific Coast 4 pillows are great. Extremely comfortable and don't scratch. Spend a little more on better quality. You won't be disappointed.

Four years ago, after many months of tossing, turning, and readjusting my pillow ~ I began the "search" for the perfect pillow. I started out buying $20 pillows... we've all done it... I finally figured out it would be best to buy a quality pillow rather than throw away any more money on cheaply made ones. I had never owned a feather or down pillow before... I found a 20% off coupon from Bed,Bath, and Beyond in my mailbox and again was off in search of something that would ease my pain. I found my first Pacific Coast Down pillow. I could immediately tell the difference. I carry mine everywhere with me. Once you invest in a Pacific Coast pillow... you too will want to carry it with you when you travel... a word to the wise... buy the brightest... ugliest pillow case you can find for travel... that way you won't forget it! Otherwise it blends in and you might walk off without it. If you know someone with FMS - this would make a great gift!

I had stayed at a 4 Seasons hotel in Hawaii and they had the most wonderful down pillows, so I was on a hunt to find something comparable. I ordered these because of the reviews.

I really didn't want to spend this kind of money on pillows, but it was so worth it! I find that I'm sleeping better now and not constantly trying to fluff the pillows anymore.

I ordered the full size, which is fine, but if I upgrade, I will definitely get the queen or king.

I received this pillow and was upset when it arrived. It was nowhere near my standards of firmness. When I put my head on it, my head was touching the mattress. I was expecting something a little more stiff. I guess the down pillows aren't like the old fashioned feather pillows I am used to.

Originally I had purchased 2 of these pillow from bed bath and beyond -- I loved them! After about 3 years it was time to replace them, even though they supposedly had a 5 year warranty. Bed Bath and Beyond no longer carries this brand as I found out.
So then I ordered 2 queen of their very expensive pillows from their website... it's only been 1 year and they won't even fluff now.

Needless to say I will look for another down pillow company with a much better track record and value.

I am a comfort fanatic! I have a down featherbed, down comforter, and, of course, down pillows. I have tried every one on the market, and find this the best so far! It fluffs up nicely, and gives a good amount of cushioning. I gave one to my husband, who loved it, and he is even more fussy than I am!
Highly recommend this one!

I have been using this pillow for 7 months, and it went from being medium to soft. It is wonderfully soft, if that's what you want, but I wanted firm (I'm a side sleeper). I think the packaging said it has a lifetime guarantee--I'm going to try and see if the company will honor it. Maybe what I really want is a feather pillow with less down for more firmness?
