Product Description

This soup is made with fresh tomato, ripened by the sun on a farm we know and trust. The warmth of summer is captured in its sweet, delicious nature. Pureed with a hint of cheddar cheese to balance out the sweetness of the tomato. Dip your grilled cheese into a steaming hot cup on a cold, winter day. Or serve cool. Top with freshly chopped tomato, cucumber and mint for a refreshing summertime twist. Available in convenient 16 oz (2 cup) containers.

I have tried every brand and type of tomato soup out there, I have to agree that this *is* ultimately the best.

Cambells tomato can't compare; especially because there's no can taste! This is a really incredible soup coming from a chef's perspective. The Tomato is a unique one and you can't better the cream from real organic milk. This is unlike most of the other creamed Pacific soups which use Soy. I find it as good on a cold day as hot. For certain a can destroys that kind of delicacy of flavor which is actually the red pepper in the batch held by the carton.

It also heats very well in the Microwave as it's a smooth cream soup: I go with 3:30 min in my Oster 1000 W microwave and the box instructions seem more geared for a 1500 W. Until you see the soup you might think the cartons are like normal Soy milk size but they're actually smaller, one full soup/cereal bowl a carton and personally I like it that way as compared.

Tasty Tip: Open the container and pour in a tablespoon of olive or canola oil, close it, shake, and serve. Vegetable oils add a silky smooth texture to any soup, they are great for your health in so many ways, and if you simmer the soup with oil it enhances the flavor.

Pacific Foods have the best Tomato soups. These are not like the canned or condensed soups. These soups are rich, creamy, smooth, and easy to bring anywhere.

This soup is also Kosher (internationally certified by Kof-K, Kosher Supervision Services) for those whose meals are just another facet of their spiritual journey and service.

I love this soup! A lot of the other organic creamy tomato soups, like Amy's, Wolfgang Pucks, even Trader Joe's, are a lot sweeter, which I don't like. This is the perfect blending of cream and tomatoes with just the perfect hint of sweetness. Please continue to carry this soup, Amazon! This is a quality brand, and I would like to continue to buy cases of their soup!

We use this soup a lot. It's a great base and is delicious as is, but you can add some oregano, basil and parmesan to make it even more delicious! Grill some cheese sandwiches and you're good to go! I also made a creamy rice side dish with it. I had some left over brown rice and added this soup and some parmesan to it- it was out of this world good!

We have eaten this as soup, added it to homemade items needing tomato base, put it on homemade pizza as our sauce with a little more RealSalt and italian herbs, and the list goes on. We do love this product! We love this company! We use the organic free range chicken and beef broth for making other homemade soups. These products cut down our prep time ... we all work and still want to eat a healthy meal together ... this is our great fix. Thanks for carrying this product, Amazon, and please carry more of this company's products. :)

Pacific's Tomato soup is slightly sweet and so very smooth....it is a much higher class than any other tomato soup on the market. Give it a try and beg Amazon to continue carrying it as it seems that they are choosing the Imagine brand soup line instead. Imagines tomato soup is very tart and not at all smooth. Pacific is the BEST.

I have tried every brand and type of tomato soup out there, I have to agree that this *is* ultimately the best. I would buy a couple of cases if Amazon had them, but for now I'll buy it at the grocery store, as many as I can carry. Nice job, Pacific Natural Foods.

After I went gluten free last year, it was nearly impossible to find a gluten free tomato soup. I know I can make it myself, but it's still nice to have something in the pantry when I'm sick and don't feel like making it homemade.

Well, this soup is amazing!! The price right now ($20.00) is a killer deal, especially, when you use subscribe and save to get it for 17.08 for 12 cartons. That comes out to $1.40/carton!! At my local stores, the 16 oz cartons sell for $2.79 so this is definitely a great deal! The prices change often on Amazon, so I say grab it while it's cheap!

Yummy rich tomato flavor, this is the perfect comfort food!
