Delectable & Innovative!,

We loved this book. We had been in Hawaii last summer and were looking for a source to reproduce the kind of dishes we found at the top restaurants there. This book had many of them, and then some! Superior ingredients. We used the book for a Pacific Rim dinner for our gourmet club!
