This is so adorable -- I got the play tent as an alternative to a hard plastic outdoor playhouse, and I'm really glad I did. Not only is it SO much cheaper, you can play with it inside (it's quite large, so you need lots of room) or outside. It's really easy to set up and assembles in less than five minutes. My 2-1/2 year old daughter loves it -- we eat, play, read books in it -- she even brought her potty inside!

p.s. Order it from Target -- it arrived in just a few days. I had originally ordered it from a smaller company and after two weeks without even receiving a tracking number (they had told me it shipped!) I learned that it was on "backorder." I cancelled my order with them and purchased it from Target.

We bought this for our daughter at Christmas. She love's it! Right now, she has a chair and the kitchen set she got for Christmas inside it. It's easy to put together. We have it in our basement room right now, but anytime we want to disassemble to clear for company - no problem. We wanted to have a playhouse for inside primarily, so for us, this was a better choice than the plastic houses; although, I have a feeling, it will make a few trips outside when the weather is warmer.

When it arrived, I was surprised to see how light the package is. Only a
small bag of poles and one sheet. I was a bit skeptical. But turns out I
was wrong. Setting up couldn't be easier. Even kids can do it. All poles
are painted with different colors, making it so easy to identify which
one goes where. Then you just throw the sheet on and you are done. Took
me 2 minutes.

The size is huge for a kid. There was one time My daughter, her mom and
I all get into the house without any difficulties.

The quality of the house seems to be ok. A friend of mine brought her
naughty boys over one day, they climbed out of the house
**through widnow" rather than the door, but the tent holds ok.

Now my daughter sleeps inside it every night.

Only wishes the house is a bit longer, so even an adult can sleep inside
for an entire night.

I bought this house for our 2 year to go around her bed. They don't make tents to fit on toddler size beds to I went for the whole thing! This Tent is the PERFECT size and works great. Our daughter has play room plus her bed and she feels that it's her own space. Since she will be sharing her room with her baby brother we wanted to give her a place that would be her own. With a very tiny house I couldn't have asked for a better product!!

This is the perfect playhouse for a Play Room or Basement. It goes together in about 5-10 minutes and has held up really well. She opens and closes the windows and the door. We put her Little Tikes Kitchen and Vanity inside for her and her picnic table next to her car "parked" outside. She has a ball getting dressed up or cooking in there. It's great.

I bought another play tent but it was so small. When I set this tent up Christmas Eve, I was not disappointed. Set up was easy, taking about 10 minutes. This play tent is huge and allows for room to play. My daughter loves it. I can see that its light weight may tip over outside on a windy day. But easy fix, use real tent pegs to hold it in place. I would absolutely recommend this tent because of its size, play space, easy of set up, low price, the fact it can be moved or taken apart easily, and colorful graphics on tent material.

I don't usually leave reviews even though I mean to leave them. This tent is the best!!! I was looking for my 2 year old a playhouse on a limited budget and I seen this one on Amazon. I decided to try it because it had good reviews. The only thing I was concerned aabout was the size (big) well, it was big when I took it out but, I knew my baby would love it. So I gave up half my kitchen and set it up. It holds her kitchen set, a nursurey set and two chairs. Even though it takes up space all her toys could go in there. My other concern was durability...these kind of tents don't usually last. I have had 5-6 toddlers and little children playing at once some have tried to climb out the window hanging and pulling on the fabric--not one little rip!! If you have the room for this I highly recomend it. Everyone is impressed that sees it. There are boy version because little boys love it also..

You cannot imagine the excitement this tent created for our 2 year-old daughter when we pulled it out and started putting it together. She literally danced around the room in excitement as my husband assembled the tent. It's a good thing this took only five minutes to set up because I think she might have spontaneously combusted if it had taken any longer. It's a very large tent (as many other people have said) but keep in mind that means it will fit your child's kitchen set or art table and chairs -- even the biggest of them -- and that will help consolidate and even hide some of the toys and kids clutter in whatever room you put it in. Parents, the cat/dog and several kids can fit in this tent at once. There are mesh panels from above so parents can peek in, along with two skylights to look through so you can easily keep an eye on what's happening inside. There are windows on every side, a door and a dog door that kids can crawl in/out. The overall appearance of the tent is really cute. My mom was a kindergarten teacher for 25 years and is now a librarian who does the story times at her library. She has used several tents for lessons or to accompany stories and this one blows them away. My daughter attends programs at a local nature center where they have a couple tents and this one is far better than even those. This isn't a real camping tent -- it's just an indoor play tent or outdoor in good/not windy weather. If you have the space you won't be disappointed by this tent. It's one of those larger than life things your kid will just go bananas over and that's a pretty cool thing to watch as a parent. :) This tent can be used for older kids as well as toddlers.

I bought this tent for my two daughters for Christmas last year and I was reserving judgment to see how it held up and I must say that I LOVE THIS TENT!!!!!!! and so do my kids. They play in it almost every day and it is absolutely huge. They had a sleepover and they fit in it with two their friends. This tent is durable and easy to assemble and take down. I highly recommend this. I initially thought it was a little pricey but I have to say it is worth the money.

We bought this play tent for our 3 year old for her birthday in May. We decided to get the tent play house as opposed to a plastic house. The only problem we have encountered which I don't recall reading about in reviews, is the front door zipper. Every child who has gone into or exited the house so far has got her hair caught in the zipper, to the point that an adult needs to come over and try to get them free. Hair seems to be able to get looped through the zipper.This wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me by any means, I just have to keep reminding the kids to bend low as they enter or exit the house to avoid hair being caught (and then tears). I'm not sure what could be done to fix this problem.

Otherwise this is a great product and I think a much better alternative to the plastic play houses. Another great feature is it is easy to assemble and we may bring it in during the winter months and set it up in our play room.
