greatest way to clean a wok,

The bamboo wok brush is the best way to clean your wok. It does an amazing job and lasts for years. Just run some tap water (as hot as possible) into the wok and swish this brush over the cooking surface....gets all the food bits off easily. I tied a string around the top so I can hang it on a hook.
