Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce

It ia hard to find a fish sauce that is gluten free, but this one is. It adds a rich flavor to your dishes without tasting or smelling overly fishy, like many other fish sauces.

Thai food is not Thai food without a good fish sauce. This is not the normal brand I use as a friend of mine brings back bottles from Thailand each time she travels there, which is often. This brand though works just fine. If you have never used fish sauce though, to be warned to use sparingly and to be warned that you can smell up your house pretty well with the stuff. I personally use it outside on the grill as the odor is rather strong and difficult to get rid of. On the other hand, cooking with this stuff is absolutely delicious. Thai food simply does not taste right without it. I do recommend this product. Just a tip though...DO NOT research as to how they make this stuff. I have watched the process and must admit that it took a bit of time to get over it. Give this product a five star rating...try it...I promise you that you will love it.
