5.0 out of 5 stars the price was right, and I loved how it looked on
When you take the low price into account, this is really a great addition to your wardrobe. I enjoy wearing this to a lunch date, or just out shopping with my girlfriends. The great thing is that, assuming you get the color coordination just right, pairing this dress with a large variety of high heels will always make it seem a much more classy and sophisticated look,...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not for the busty girl.
This is a cute dress, but even after going a size up, the bosom is very small compared to the rest of the dress. Further, it's hard to get into, so I had to have someone else try to get me into it to confirm the bust was too small without ripping it. I've already paid twice over the cost by having to return it so I can't be bothered to pay more for a "refund" I'd receive...

This is a cute dress, but even after going a size up, the bosom is very small compared to the rest of the dress. Further, it's hard to get into, so I had to have someone else try to get me into it to confirm the bust was too small without ripping it. I've already paid twice over the cost by having to return it so I can't be bothered to pay more for a "refund" I'd receive if I returned it AGAIN. Also, since someone else mentioned it: the padding. It was basically slightly bigger than the nipple area and oddly shaped, so it was like a misshapen pasty under the dress. So, I guess it's a nice dress in theory, but only wearable for the flat chested and those who don't mind a weird pad that doesn't really cover the breast.

When you take the low price into account, this is really a great addition to your wardrobe. I enjoy wearing this to a lunch date, or just out shopping with my girlfriends. The great thing is that, assuming you get the color coordination just right, pairing this dress with a large variety of high heels will always make it seem a much more classy and sophisticated look, while wearing a cute pair of flats will keep it casual to the nth, nth, nth degree ... yet kind of dressy too. Either way, it is a very feminine piece. This very inexpensive piece is actually quite versatile.

I ordered the red in the large size and it fit pretty well. The material really could have been of at least sligthly higher quality, but when you consider the price, you have to make allowances somewhere. The material is soft, and feels good to wear.

I am 5'5 and this dress doesn't fall down too far below my knee (which, if it had, would have ruined the look I was going for). In short, this is very understated and pretty, and a good bargain considering the price.

I really like this dress! It has a hidden side zipper that is very helpful when putting it on. I like the lightweight fabric and it is very comfortable to wear. I have a hard time finding summer dresses because I am a 38dd and most dresses aren't made for people with boobs... I bought an XL and it fits great! It also holds up very well after a wash! It also has slightly padded cups so, i guess if you are brave enough, you could potentially go without a bra :)... I'm just not that brave LOL... The back of the dress is high enough so that you can wear a bra (either strapless or one that has straps that wrap around your neck like those convertable bras) and you don't have to worry about the back of the bra showing. Very nice dress and you can't beat the price! :)

2.0 out of 5 stars NOT true to fit, June 22, 2010

This dress looked so cute in the photo, so I ordered it using the size chart as a guide. According to my measurements (38-30-39)I was to fit into a L. When it came, it was absolutely HUGE! It is not proportionate at all. A little too short (I'm 5'8") and the bust is too high and a funky padded shape, but worse of all is the elastic back, which was so large that it just hangs loose in the back. This dress didn't work for me at all. I tried to give it to my roommate who is 5'4", but she couldn't wear it, either. Too bad.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not for the busty!!, October 1, 2010

I used the manufacturer's sizing guide. I am traditionally a 16, but ordered a 3x per the chest measurement. This dress will fit a C-cup well, a D-cup is pushing it. The neckline didn't give me the coverage I was hoping for and was huge on the waist and hips. Altering it didn't help much. It is a very cute dress, but I would have looked ridiculous if I didn't have a cardigan over it to hide the fact I was popping out of the dress.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty, June 29, 2010

The dress is perfectly lovely. The only problem I had was I ordered the dress in a 2x thinking it would only be a little to big since I am a XL in everything else. I was wrong the dress way too big. But I stuck a few safety pin in and it was fine.I like to wear it as a cover up when I'm at the beach. : ) Over all "A".

Fits great as a 3X! I'm a 34B and it fits great there too. Nice length and looks great. Very comfortable and I recommend it.

This dress is exactly as described and true to size. It fits well and looks great. The material isn't fantastic but its soft and comfortable. It is worth the price.

3.0 out of 5 stars An Okay Dress, May 19, 2010

I bought the blue version of this to wear as Dorothy for Halloween 09. I don't have money to spend $40 on a costume so I like to buy things I can wear again. I think I should have bought a medium, but going buy the size chart I was given I got a large. It's okay. It's not my favorite dress in the world, but I still like it.
My gripes:
The padding. Padding is NOT a built in bra. Also the padding folds in the washer and then I have to feel around and try to guess how to fix it. It should have been sewn in and sewn down or not put in at all. They do make bras for halter tops. (Even if they are dreadfully expensive and hard as heck to find in a 32D)

I've find this dress super cute but one I've wore it I took it out. Not appropiate at all if you are a plus size girl. A huge YUCK I would say.
