Unfortunately it is almost useless as a perfume. It's true the scent disappears almost immediately and I can barely smell it an hour later when I place my nose directly on my wrist!
I would feel that I had wasted my money but discovered that the perfume base make an OK hand cream.
I dislike most perfumes because they are usually too flowery-sweet, too powdery, or too musky. This has made finding perfumes to wear an excersize in frustration for me. Usually I end up liking the mens fragrances better. So I was pretty excited when I found out about this new "Tibetan Mountain Temple" scent. The smell is wonderful -- spicy, slighty citrusy , and a little woodsy all at the same time. The smell isn't strong enough to be overwhelming and lasts quite a while after you apply it. It can also double as a cuticle cream since its so moisturizing. Plus the tin is extra cute with nice design elements and the perfect size for carrying around in your pocket for on-the-go use.
Hawaiian Ruby Guava- Sweet, with a grapefruit punch. Leaves a lemony scent after a couple of minutes.
Brazilian Mango Grapefruit- Smells amazing! Lots of grapefruit with a touch of mango. This one stays true to it's scent!
Malibu Lemon Blossom- Smells like pine-sol. Very lemony with a hint of flowers.
Parisian Rose- Smells like a true old lady rose scent. Nothing special here.
I'll add more when I get more scents!
The solids don't last very long at all. I would say they literally dissipate within minutes. BUT, I do love that they are made from organic wax and oils.
Word to the wise: once your nose acclimates to the smell of your own perfume, you won't be able to smell it anymore, it's called olfactory fatigue (it works the same way on garlic breath, or after a workout). Your best bet is to ask someone else to see if you need to reapply.
However, I've tried the spray perfume; a couple of small spritzes will last you all day without being too overpowering.

This is a very clean and gender neutral scent. I think it smells a bit like fresh laundry detergent. Read morePublished 24 days ago by Andrea Noles
