This product is amazing and I don't know why it isn't sold at Babies R Us! It is absolutely awesome for using in the car- you put the paci buddy under the seatbelts of your baby's car seat so that it is snug up against baby's body and that holds the paci in baby's mouth. No reaching back for lost pacis over and over! It keeps baby and mom both happy and safe. It is also great for wrapping up in a swaddle with baby. When my son was old enough to begin grasping objects he was able to grasp onto the paci buddy and move the paci into his mouth, too. Really, this product provides great convenience and is worth every penny and more!
