The lights are pretty much accent lights, not a lot of light generated and honestly you need to make sure they are in direct sun light all day to get a good charge. Made of plastic, I wouldn't recommend this to light up any gardens or driveways, they are about 4 ft high so good enough to avoid sprinklers in the garden. It might be smaller than you expected but overall a good but not eye catching great lights

As another reviewer has stated, these lights are not very bright - certainly not the "super-bright" light in the item description -- but similar in brightness compared to typical solar lights you can get in the "big box" stores. To me, the only advantage of these lights is that they come with four 12 inch connecting posts (one inch in diameter) so that they can be up to 4 feet tall.
