Drink as a pre work out boost and wow pretty impressive.,

The guys gave this drink to me to try a sort of a joke because they know I am very picky about what I eat and drink. They got a kick out of the label. So, I read the ingrediants and thought, wow, this is exactly what every girl wants, vitamin B's, an appetite suppressant, and energy, you cant beat that. I ended up drinking it right before my work out which consisted of running 4 miles and weight training and I had such a great work out and my energy levels were at peak performance. I will definately share this info with my friends. Also, I did not feel ravenously hungry after my work out as I usualy do. : )
