Just fantastic. As a smoker of 20 years who has kicked the habit repeatedly but never permanently, I can say that one of the few activities that can effectively fill the void is silly putty. It's endlessly pleasant to fidget with in place of the 20+ cancer sticks I was fiddling around with every day. I already knew from past attempts to quit smoking to make sure I had silly putty on hand this time.

Well, I ordered this multi pack. And having no conscious memory of any of the alternate varieties, as soon as I laid my hands on the glow in the dark silly putty variety contained in this collection, I had instant flashbacks to playing with this endlessly as a child. Now I'm playing endlessly with it as an adult. The stuff charges up in seconds with a flashlight.

But wait. . . there's more! On top of that is the space sludge (a deep purple, sort of gooey looking putty, same consistency though), and even better, the color changing putty, which absolutely does work-- it only takes me a few seconds to make the color start to change. There's also your garden variety standard putty, and a bright colored putty, and you get the original retail packaging for all five.

Just fantastic. And I highly recommend trying this out to anyone out there trying to kick cigarettes, bizarre as it may sound.

As a graduate student life can be stressful sometimes. Having a little silly putty hidden away in your desk drawer can help. I especially like the variety pack, so you can chose your putty based on your mood. There's really not much to say, everyone knows what silly putty is, and I found that this was the best deal for my money. Enjoy it! The "Space Sludge" is my favorite.

These really brought me back to when I was a kid...my kids love copying the newspaper (I bought a newspaper for the first time in about a year
just for them...how times change!)...Glow-in-the-dark is fun but we can't seem to get the color-changing one to work...still a fun toy
that the kids love.

I am really happy with this purchase. I thought I was going to get 5 putty eggs without retail packaging, but I got 5 individual retail packages of putty. This makes gift giving twice as nice. Thanks.

Silly Putty is a fantastic classic toy! I remember playing with it when I was a kid and getting super excited when the metallic variety came out. Silly Putty is one of those toys that every kid should have when they're little. Bounce it, stretch it, snap it, mold it, and take up pictures with it. While most newsprint has changed so it will no longer come up with silly putty, it still works with pencil. This 5 pack is fantastic if you're looking for gift for a couple kids or something fun for a grab bag.

This was a lot of fun, we ended up using it on our faces to create fake noses, large eye brows etc.
The only disappointment was the one that was supposed to change color - it did not change color, we each tried to hold it in our hands till it was warm but it did not change colors at all.

Silly putty is a really great activity that helps keep my kids quiet and less wiggly during church services.

This thing should be called Smart putty! Incrediblw how creative it is, and how much fun to play with. If look after the way it working it's a good way of learning lot of stuff about liquids and non-newtonian fluid.
