This was the second order for this product. The customer service support of the company was very user friendly and tried to provide the proper product after the wrong size was ordered and returned (it would be helpful to have more exacting metrics to find the exact product). Unfortunately, the second set of casters has a slight variation in design and they also do not fit the chair. Customer service said that it could not be of any additional service since they do not carry something comparable.
