Not what I needed
Easy to place order. Average delivery time. Turns out wasn't the right size. Better descriptions and photos of product would have been helpful. Customer service rep was very good and helped with return.

This was the second order for this product. The customer service support of the company was very user friendly and tried to provide the proper product after the wrong size was ordered and returned (it would be helpful to have more exacting metrics to find the exact product). Unfortunately, the second set of casters has a slight variation in design and they also do not fit the chair. Customer service said that it could not be of any additional service since they do not carry something comparable.

I bought these casters for use in some plastic file drawers. They work great and it's nice to be able to move my drawers, which are laden with craft paper, around easily.
